Our beautiful pins are the perfect way to keep a special someone by your side on your big day!
The heart charm supplied is full 925 silver , please note the pin and decor provided are made of mixed metals and so longevity cannot be guaranteed. Pin and accessories can come is a variety of colours and designs (please get in touch to discuss).
Once you have celebrated your big day why not remove the silver charm and add it to a 925 silver chain to keep your loved one closer for longer. (ask me about my supply of chains to go with this order).
If you are ordering an ashes item and would like the ashes discreetly placed (not on show) please also confirm in comments.
Please note all colours are for guidance only, every item is unique, and many factors can affect the final colour, please give as much description on how you imagine your item when completing your order form so I can fully understand how you imagine it.
Once ordered you will be sent out an order pack with ring gauge (if needed), 5ml pot and order form. Please refer to the FAQ section on the home page for further info or drop me message to discuss a custom design.
Included in the cost of your beautiful memorial item is a silver polishing cloth, authentication card, signed delivery 2nd class.
Please be advised you are responsible for the postage cost of sending back your order pack.
Failure to send back the order form will result in delays, unidentified inclusions, and no updates. Please make sure your order form is filled in completely, if you do not provide a contact telephone number you will not get progress updates, this is done via a text message system.
The turnaround time on all custom jewellery is about 6-8 weeks, however there is an upgrade option to rush an order. 'Rush my order' options are available if you are after a faster turnaround on your order.
