Do you know the meaning behind Kintsugi art?
This is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery. If a Japanese bowl is broken, rather than getting rid of the pieces, the fragments are put back together with a glue-like tree sap and the cracks are adorned with gold. There is no need to attempt to hide the damage, instead, it is highlighted in gold to show its beauty. kintsugi teaches us about accepting our fragility, building strength and resilience, and taking pride in our imperfections.

If you are ordering a ashes item and would like the ashes discreetly placed (not on show) please also confirm in comments. If you are looking to include breastmilk this can be coloured gold, please just leave a note at checkout to confirm. Due to the design it will be presumed the inlay will be gold with your inclusion, however please leave me a message if you would like a alternative colour.
Once ordered you will be sent out an order pack with ring gauge (if needed), 5ml pot and order form. Please refer to the FAQ section on the home page for further info or drop me message to discuss a custom design.
Included in the cost of your beautiful memorial jewellery is a silver polishing cloth, authentication card, signed delivery 2nd class.

Failure to send back the order form will result in delays, unidentified inclusions, and no updates. Please make sure your order form is filled in completely, if you do not provide a contact telephone number you will not get progress updates, this is done via a text message system.
The turnaround time on all custom jewellery is about 6-8 weeks, limited 'Rush my order' options are available if you are after a faster turnaround on your order.
