Included in the cost of your beautiful memorial jewellery is a silver polishing cloth, authentication card, signed delivery 2nd class.

Failure to send back the order form will result in delays, unidentified inclusions, and no updates. Please make sure your order form is filled in completely, if you do not provide a contact telephone number you will not get progress updates, this is done via a text message system.
The turnaround time on all custom jewellery is about 6-8 weeks depending on the time of the year, however usually turn around is a little quicker than this. There are limited 'Rush my order' options available if you are after a faster turnaround on your order.
