This is for a custom made mini heart with inclusion, can include a variety of DNA materials, breast milk, ashes, hair, pregnancy test etc please get in touch to discuss further. Can be included with silver/gold foils or forget me not flowers.

If you are not purchasing this item as a memorial piece please state this at check out so I can provide packaging accordingly.
If you are ordering an ashes item and would like the ashes discreetly placed (not on show) please also confirm in comments.
Please note all colours are for guidance only, every item is unique, and many factors can affect the final colour, please give as much description on how you imagine your item when completing your order form so I can fully understand how you imagine it.
Once ordered you will be sent out an order pack with ring gauge (if needed), 5ml pot and order form. Please refer to the FAQ section on the home page for further info or drop me message to discuss a custom design.
Please be advised you are responsible for the postage cost of sending back your order pack.
Failure to send back the order form will result in delays, unidentified inclusions, and no updates. Please make sure your order form is filled in completely, if you do not provide a contact telephone number you will not get progress updates, this is done via a text message system.
The turnaround time on all custom jewellery/art is about 6-8 weeks depending on the time of the year, however usually turn around is a little quicker than this. There are limited 'Rush my order' options available if you are after a faster turnaround on your order.
